But it shouldn't be. We believe that people have a right to health and environmental information that affects their lives. In 1997, we founded McDaniel Lambert with the goal of making complex health risk and environmental studies understandable.

We combine our knowledge of toxicology, health risk assessment, occupational and environmental medicine with our understanding of risk perception and public outreach.

We specialize in developing communication programs designed to build strong relationships between communities, agencies and industry.

We are proud to welcome Holly LeClair, a self-confirmed math nerd, to McDaniel Lambert. Holly brings us expertise in data management, statistical analysis and data interpretation. Since she joined us at the beginning of 2011, Holly has been involved in applying quantitative tools to design effective sampling plans and improve the risk-based decision making process. Ms. LeClair utilizes her statistical background to assist with the development of data quality assessments and human health risk assessments.

Prior to joining McDaniel Lambert, Holly applied her knowledge to a wide variety of fields including finance, medicine, and sports psychology. Specifically, she researched and developed models describing the link between mental and psychological traits of athletes and their on-field performance. She holds an M.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. in Mathematics from Arizona State University.
