ONE-ON-ONE RISK COMMUNICATION TRAINING
McDaniel Lambert's One-on-One Risk Communication Training is designed to empower the organization's spokesperson with effective strategies to handle risk communication issues in times of crisis. This is an intense coaching session that focuses on strengthening the spokesperson's skill at approaching the public and the media with health, environment, and safety information. The course gives the participant the opportunity for immediate evaluation on his/her communication preparedness.
Objectives:

- live through an interview
- respond to tough media questions
- evaluate key messages, soundbites and body language
