We have the specialized expertise and hands-on experience needed to respond to toxicological and occupational health issues. We bring the services of a physician with board-certification in occupational and environmental medicine as well as the expertise of two toxicologists, one of whom is a certified industrial hygienist.
Chemical and Product Safety Evaluation
We evaluate chemicals and products from a toxicological and medical perspective and identify potential exposure and health risks. We will also help you evaluate your responsibility in responding to community health complaints that may or may not be related to company operations. We can assist with updating your material safety data sheets and the management of a toxicity-testing program.
Litigation Support
We can assist you in addressing community concerns in order to avoid litigation, or to mitigate potentially volatile situations once litigation is underway. Our team, which includes a licensed attorney, is experienced in developing case analyses for toxic torts, product liability, and Proposition 65 legislation.
Workplace Safety
We design, review and coordinate occupational health studies to respond to employee concerns about chemical exposure. We also develop employee hazard communication programs.
